Shipping Info

Shipping

Thank you for your purchase, support and loyalty to Seywells. The processing of orders takes 2-3 business days before receiving tracking information regardless of the shipping option selected. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are shipped using USPS. 

Damaged/Lost Packages

Seywells is not responsible for damages to, stolen or lost packages once they have been shipped. Customers have the option to select a shipping method that provides insurance which can facilitate a claim in the event packages are lost/stolen or damaged during shipping. Customers are responsible for filing the claim with the shipping entity. We are unable to provide any additional information in the event packages are delayed, lost/stolen or damaged once they are shipped, other than that which is given by the shipping entity.

International Orders

We only use USPS for international shipping. There is no additional tracking information available once your package leaves the United States. You will need to check with your local postal agency or customs regarding your package. Please be advised that each country has their individual rules and regulations with regards to products being admitted to that country. We are not responsible for products held at customs due to prohibited items or any additional custom fees/charges.

Invalid Address

Please ensure your address is entered correctly before submitting an order. Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal or unclaimed will be subjected to 15% restocking fee and refunded to the original form of payment.

Allergies

Please review each item's ingredients to avoid any allergic reaction.

All sales are final. There is no exchange or refund on items purchased.
